DOMESTIC SHIPPING

• Always free domestic ground shipping on orders $250 and up.
  
  
• All orders are processed Monday through Friday between 8a.m. and 6p.m., CST.
  
  
• Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours if placed before 3 p.m. during our working hours, we are a small business & occasional delays can occur.

• Sixteen Cypress offers shipping via UPS & USPS, and can be delivered to a PO Box.
  
  

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• Sixteen Cypress offers shipping worldwide to select countries, with shipping options estimated at checkout. If no options are offered, please contact our office at gallop@sixteencypress.com for help.

RETURNS

• Our priority is that you love your purchase.
  
  
• If you have any issues with your product(s) and wish to process a return, log into your customer account and start the return process.

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your purchase, and must be returned in their original condition and packaging for a full refund. 
  
  
• When your order is received we will process a refund to your original payment method.
